Introduction to Ayurveda, In this session, learn ancient secrets to inform a mind-body specific diet which ignites radiance from the inside out. Learn the key indicators to determine if your digestion is working properly. Ayurvedic principles are intuitive – join us for a fun and interactive session to discover the key to your optimal health and wellbeing!

De-stress with less: Mental health is equally as important as physical health. Discover how mindfulness can transform your day-to-day experience to be calmer and more peaceful. Learn the basics about mindfulness and experience the benefits of two simple practices which support stress release in a productive and effortless way.

  • Weekend #1: Friday, May 21-23
